Every orchid passes through
the same five-stage system.

Sourcing
We hand-select stems from trusted partner farms — only blooms that meet our specification leave the farm gate.

Sorting
Each stem is graded against precise standards: length, color uniformity, opening stage, freshness. Anything sub-spec is rejected.

Packing
All packing is conducted in temperature-controlled cold room. Stems are hydrated, wrapped, and secured in export-grade cartons.

Fumigation
International phytosanitary fumigation removes pests and meets every destination's plant quarantine requirements.

Cold Chain Logistics
Refrigerated trucks to airport, cold-storage at hub, and dedicated air freight. Freshness preserved end-to-end.

Source inspection
Stems are assessed at the farm gate before loading - only batches that meet Prime Orchid's specification are accepted for transport.
Sort inspection
Every incoming batch is graded against precise standards: length, color uniformity, opening stage, and freshness. Each grower receives a performance score recorded in our system building a traceable quality history for every supplier.
Pack inspection
Before sealing, each carton is checked for stem quality, correct count, and order accuracy ensuring every carton matches the specification before it leaves the packing house.
Pre-flight inspection
A final check confirms carton count, labelling accuracy, and export documentation before dispatch - ensuring every shipment is complete and compliant before it reaches the aircraft.
